A black and white palette defines the visual identity. Walnut cabinetry, solid wood flooring, marble countertops, metal handles, aluminum frames and glass panels are used, together with water based paint. Modular zoning separates active areas from quiet rooms. Bedroom backlighting responds to night sensing, and rounded doors and edges reduce collision risks for children and older people.
